Partnered with rider Alyssa Phillips, Oskar, a 2009 Holsteiner gelding, has been successful on the international eventing stage, including being selected as the traveling reserve for the Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile in 2023. In 2021, at the Land Rover Kentucky Three Day Event CCI4*-S, Phillips and Oskar, whom she purchased from Liz Halliday as a young horse, made a remarkable leap up the scoreboard by adding just 5.6 cross-country time penalties to their dressage score. On a challenging day where many other athletes and horse combinations struggled, they executed their plan flawlessly, becoming not only the fastest of the day but also one of the few to complete the course.

Oskar has also helped Alyssa achieve impressive results,such as a second-place finish in 2021 at Jersey Fresh International CCI4*-L, second-place finish in 2022 at Rebecca Farm CCI4*-L, and winning two CCI4*-S listed above.
