Eloomi is a Learning Management System that offers online learning and training.

Eloomi allows USEF to offer courses on soft skills that are interactive, short and concise that were created by subject matter experts. 

No, Eloomi is a free resource available to all Licensed Officials to sharpen their skills. 

If a course in required, it will have a small exclamation point icon in the upper right corner of the course image. You can also review any required courses on your USEF Education Dashboard.

An activation email is sent from [email protected] to your associated USEF email address. The email will contain a link to activate your account. You’ll then use your USEF ID as your username and create a password. The password must be at least 8 characters, have upper and lower case letters and contain at least 1 number.

You will need to send an email to [email protected] stating that your Eloomi activation email has expired. We will then send you a new activation email that you must use within thirty (30) days.

Once you have activated your Eloomi Account, all Eloomi courses can be access through your USEF Education Dashboard in the Eloomi Section.

Click the “Can’t log in?” link, enter your USEF ID and click continue. A password reset email will be sent to your email. Click on the Create a new password link in the email. Create a new password and click continue.

On your USEF Education Dashboard, click on the “Other Available Courses” button. This will take you to the Eloomi Platform, from here you can click on the Learn tab at the top for a full list of available courses.

Eloomi works best on a computer/laptop or tablet, although you can access the trainings from an iPhone/Android. We also recommend being connected to WiFi for faster access.
