Cassie Sanger caught the horse bug when she was in second grade and didn’t look back. Progressing from difficult ponies to a seasoned, but tricky, Danger Mouse, she cemented her spot in the Eventing scene. A few years later, her partnership with her Dutch Warmblood, Fernhill Zoro was instantaneous and together they climbed up the levels, traveled across the ocean, and represented the U.S. in two FEI Nations Cup competitions over the past three years. While balancing classes at the University of Richmond and a competition schedule takes organization and dedication, she is committed to her future as a professional. With additional horses in the pipeline, Cassie looks forward to continuing as a member of U.S. teams for the years to come.
