Program Overview

The FEI World Equestrian Games (WEG) are the premiere global championship for equestrian sports. WEG is held every four years and features athletes from around the world representing their nations across eight equestrian disciplines.  Endurance at WEG involves both a Team Championship and an Individual Championship.

   Application Deadline and Fee: Wednesday, February 21, 2018 / $70

             Late Application Deadline and Fee:  Wednesday, February 28, 2018 / $300

                             Applications will not be accepted after February 28, 2018!

Test Event Applicant List

The list of applicant athlete/horse combinations for the Test Event for the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games - Endurance (April 27-29, 2018 in Mill Spring, NC).

Invitation Criteria - Test Event for the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games - Endurance

Please review the Invitation Criteria and submit your application (Fillable Form) no later than Friday, January 12, 2018. The Test Event for the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games - Endurance is scheduled to take place April 27-29, 2018 in Tryon, NC.

Application of Intent - Instructions

Instructions (Attachment A) on how to submit your Application of Intent in order to be considered for the 2018 USEF Endurance Team.

Observation Events

Updated January 2, 2018 -- Competitions where the Selectors, Veterinary Advisory Group and/or the Chef d’Equipe will observe athlete/horse combinations wishing to be considered for the 2018 Mandatory Training Event(s), 2018 FEI Nominated Entry, and the 2018 U.S. Endurance Team

USEF Safe Sport Policy - Athletes and horse owners will be required to certify that they have received and read a copy of the USEF Safe Sport Policy and that they understand the documents when submitting the Application of Intent.
