Schuyler Riley

Hometown: Wellington, Fla. Birthday: 7/30/1971 Sport/Disciplines: Jumping

Riley began her riding career in Vermont as a child before catapuling through the professional ranks as a talented teenager. Racking up wins at some of the world's most iconic venues, Riley has won internationally at Spruce Meadows and around the U.S., and represented the U.S. Jumping Team in the early 2000s. She made three appearances at the FEI Jumping World Cup Finals in Las Vegas, N.V. in 2000, 2005, and 2007. She finished in a career-high eighth place at the event in 2000. 

Aboard veteran mount Robin de Ponthal, a 16-year-old Selle Francais gelding owned by Katherine Gallagher, Riley has captured several competitive finishes in FEI competition in Wellington, Fla. during the 2021 competition season, and most recently finished third in the $300,000 Hampton Classic Grand Prix CSI4* in Bridgehampton, N.Y.. The pair have only finished outside of the top ten once in their last seven international classes together, which included a seventh place finish at the $213,300 Upperville Grand Prix CSI4* in Upperville, Va.
