During her youth career, Sophie Click represented Area VII at the North American Youth Championships in four different years, beginning in 2014 with her Paint/Thoroughbred gelding, Hot Wheels. Click went on to win the CCI2*-S at the 2018 Aspen Farms Horse Trials with Fernhill Rising while beginning her partnership with her current top mount, Quidproquo. With Quidproquo, Click achieved top-10 finishes in 2019 at the Aspen Farms Horse Trials CCI3*-S, the North American Youth Championships CCI3*-S, and Galway Downs International CCI3*-L. In 2020, the pair finished in the top 10 in the Advanced at Rebecca Farm, the CCI4*-S at Twin Rivers Fall International, and the CCI4*-S at Woodside International.
