The Oldenburg stallion Rodioso captured his third grand championship in as many shows at the Letter Perfect Dressage Sporthorse Show on July 3, 2005, in Ridgefield, WA. Judge William Solyntjes awarded the nine-year-old stallion his win in the Stallion class with an 83, and he quickly advanced to grand champion. Rodioso was awarded a 9 for his walk with the comment "very correct angulation" and a 9 on General Impression with the comment "good development." This marks the third outing this year for Rodioso in the Sporthorse Division, and he goes to the Region 6 In-Hand Finals in the fall with a year end average of 81.71, placing him among one of the top in-hand dressage stallions in the country.
