FAQs
Authorized Users Account
Welcome to the Authorized Users Account (AUA) at www.usef.org. The purpose of the AUA is to
provide a secure area for USEF members and friends to maintain their accounts and access
information regarding their accounts.
In order to create an AUA account, you must first have an USEF ID. If you have a USEF ID
(membership # or customer #), you will use that ID to create an account. If you do not have
a membership ID or customer ID, you must first apply for a number before you can create an
AUA account in order to access the Membership applications and other benefits of the AUA.
You can log in to your AUA on the home page, www.usef.org, in the lower right corner of the
home page by clicking on "SIGN-IN" and them typing your personalized Username and Password or
USEF ID and Password.
If you do not have an AUA set up, please click on "Don't have an AUA account? Click here to
sign-up" on the right side of the Login box. Follow the directions to set up an AUA and when
finished, go back to the Login box and type in your Username and Password. In the bottom left
corner you can click the "Remember Me" box and log in. The next time you visit the USEF web
site, you will be logged in automatically. If you need to log in to another account, simply
click "Change Account". This will log the current user out and you can log in to another
account.
Applying For an
ID
In order to create an AUA account, you must first have a USEF ID. If you have previously
been a member of USEF, the ID you will use to create an account is your membership ID; You
can do that here.
If you need to apply for an ID, complete the
Request ID form. If you have a
horse that has competed at an USEF licensed competition, you may have an USEF ID already
assigned. Filling out the Request ID form will allow you to check to see if you have an
USEF ID.
The requested information includes contact information. Required fields are indicated with an
asterisk. If you fail to complete one or more of the required fields, you ID request will not
be submitted until the appropriate fields are completed. You will then get a return on matches
in the USEF database to your information. If there are no matches or you do not find yourself,
you can request a new ID.
Note: The USEF ID that you receive as a result of the ID request will become your USEF
Membership number when you apply for Membership via fax, mail or on line.
