Reformatted 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Endurance Team Selection Trial a Success

Lexington, Ky. - The top U.S. athletes in endurance headed to Broxton Bridge Planation in Ehrhardt, S.C., to take part in the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Endurance Team Selection Trial CEI2* 120km. CookKarl Cook Wins Grand Prix of Del Mar
Del Mar, Calif. - Thirty horses tried to clear the $100,000 Grand Prix of Del Mar course on Saturday night, only two were able to do it. Designer Leopoldo Palacios lined up a set of obstacles with enough variety that one little misstep turned otherwise fnatastic rides into efforts of 4 faults or more.

Nineteen from the field of thirty had tried to jump those obstacles before Lane Clarke &  Charlotte Gadbois' Semira de Saulieu finished with no faults and under the time allowed. Six horses later Karl Cook & Signe Ostby's Jonkheer Z did the same, setting up a one-on-one jump-off between two top-five finishers from Friday night's $25,000 Surfside Grand more>

Lummen, Belgium. - The Swiss team of Pius Schwizer, Romain Duguet, Paul Estermann and Steve Guerdat swept to victory at the opening leg of the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™ Jumping Europe Division 1 league in Lummen, Belgium today.  The defending champions from France very nearly pushed them to a third-round jump-off against the clock, but a last-to-go error from Penelope Leprevost saw her side having to settle for runner-up spot, while Ireland and Belgium rallied brilliantly in the second round to share third place in the final analysis.
