Lexington, KY– James K. Ligon, 9/25/1947 – 6/4/2012, United States Pony Club graduate, past Board of Governors President and long-time USPC supporter passed away after a brief battle with cancer on June 4th, 2012. Jim loved the Pony Club and served it in many capacities including two terms as President, 1978-1980 and 1987-1990. Jim was a Graduate B from Redland Hunt Pony.
