"I am now pre-enrolled in the USEF health plan with a premium of only $320 for pretty darn good coverage!" said Arizona trainer and barn manager Laura Borghesani, who said she cut her insurance premium by almost 50% with the new coverage. "It is such a weight off my shoulders to know that I will soon be having good health care coverage, and it is actually affordable!"


"Thank you for the hard work you have put into the new health insurance package available to USEF members. Over the last four years my health insurance has climbed from $350 to over $800 with diminishing coverage and and an increasing deductible. In addition, “services” that I DON’T need were added and services that I DO need were eliminated.

As a single mom who supports a competitive equestrian daughter with two horses, and as a rider myself, every dollar counts! And, during this crazy new environment where my livelihood has been deemed “non-essential,” funds are even tighter!

I have been searching for a more affordable plan that is in-network with my hospital and doctors but until now haven’t been able to find one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping me protected and safe at a price I can afford."
