Registration

Registration is now available for the 2013 USEF Annual Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky. This event will take place January 16th – 19th at the Louisville Marriott Downtown.

You can register online HERE. In order to register online you will need to create a My USEF My Way My Account username and password (if you don't already have one).

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

Advanced Registration prior to December 21st: $75 per person
*On-Site Registration $100 per person

*REGISTRATION POLICY: Advanced registrations must be RECEIVED prior to December 21st to be eligible for the $75 rate. Any registration received AFTER this date will be invoiced for the balance due if the amount is submitted incorrectly. Please note that registration will close December 21st and attendees must register on-site after that date. On-site registration will begin Tuesday, January 15th at 12:00pm.

AWARDS DINNERS:

Horse of the Year National Champions Dinner (Friday, Jan. 18th): $75 per person
$700 table of 10
Pegasus Awards Dinner (Saturday, Jan. 19th):
*Event to be held 3 blocks away at The Henry Clay Building
$75 per person
$600 table of 8

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Requests for registration refunds should be received via email (idehner@usef.org) or fax (859-231-6662) by December 21st. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Dinner tickets are non-refundable.
