NBC Sports and USEFNetwork.com to Feature Live Coverage from the 2011 Rolex Equestrian Championships presented by Land Rover |

Lexington, KY - For the first time in the history of the Rolex Kentucky CCI4*, NBC Sports and USEFNetwork.com will team up to provide LIVE coverage of the 2011 Rolex Equestrian Championships presented by Land Rover, April 28 - May 1. With the support of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and Equestrian Events, Inc., organizer of the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by Bridgestone, NBC Sports will broadcast the final show jumping rounds LIVE, alongside taped highlights of the dressage and cross-country phases on Sunday, May 1, from 2-3 p.m. EDT. Leading up to the live finale, USEFNetwork.com will offer live, wall-to-wall coverage of the dressage and cross-country phases as well as the early show jumping rounds.

USEF Hosts Dressage Observation Session in California |

San Diego, CA - Dressage riders on the West Coast had the opportunity to work with United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Technical Advisor Anne Gribbons in the first USEF Observation Session held in California in 2011, on April 5 and 6. Steffen and Shannon Peters hosted the session at their Arroyo Del Mar training facility in San Diego, CA. During the two days, Gribbons worked with each combination individually, fine tuning movements with the veteran pairs and introducing new training techniques to the up-and-coming riders.

Gladstone, NJ - The United States Equestrian Team Foundation is pleased to announce that Ali Wolff of New Albany, OH, has been selected as the 2011 recipient of the Maxine Beard Show Jumping Rider Award. Wolff received the Maxine Beard Award trophy at the American Invitational on April 9, 2011, at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. The selection was based on Wolff's competitive record and future potential to represent the United States in international competition. The award provides Wolff the opportunity to be credentialed and travel with the U.S. delegation to the 2011 FEI World Cup Finals in Leipzig, Germany, April 27-May 1. She will observe the operations of an international championship including the stabling area, veterinary inspections and schooling, and will walk the courses with U.S. Show Jumping Coach George H. Morris.

Lexington, KY - Less than four months before the opening ceremonies for the 2011 championships and planning is already well underway. With the addition of endurance, we will be utilizing a new part of the Kentucky Horse Park, the Endurance Base Camp will set up on Walt Robertson Way, across from the Maker's Mark Secretariat Center. The rest of the venue is looking really good, having benefited from the overhaul which corresponded with last fall's Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.

Rancho Murieta CA - At the Golden State Dressage Festival CDI3*, the competition was highlighted by a large field for the small tour classes. Carolyn Adams took top honors in the Intermediaire I with Witerprinz, scoring 68.474%. Mette Rosencrantz was second with Finally, and Heidi Gaian rounded out the Top 3 with Chicago. In the Prix St. Georges, Rosencrantz and Finally went one better and scored a victory over Brian Hafner on Lombardo LHF. Karen Pavicic and London Z were third for Canada. Canadian rider Rochelle Kilberg won the Freestyle on Rudy, Carolyn Adams was second, this time on Don Devere, and Heather Oleson and Escorial was third.
