McLain Ward and Sapphire Open Up Huge Leads in AGA Races Following CN Worldwide Florida Open Win

The 2007 American Grand Prix Association (AGA) tour is only five events old, but McLain Ward, a three-time American Grand Prix Association (AGA) Rider of the Year, has already put himself in an excellent position to take home a fourth title, following his impressive victory in the richest grand prix ever held in the United States.

Entering its 29th year, the AGA Grand Prix Series of Show Jumping is the world’s richest and longest running series of equestrian show jumping events. The AGA series offers over $3-million in prize money on a tour that encompasses 30 events and 20 different equestrian markets across the United States.

The World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc., announced its discipline manager selections for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010.

Stacey Meier has joined the United States Equestrian Federation as Director of National Marketing effective March 5, 2007. Located in the Lexington, KY office her main responsibilities will be to grow and promote the grassroots efforts among the USEF national breed and discipline affiliates.

62nd Annual Del Mar National Horse Show: Three Weeks of Equestrian Pageantry

For more than 60 years, the Del Mar National Horse Show has been one of the most respected, distinguished and popular equestrian events in Southern California. Consisting of three disciplines—Western, dressage and hunter/jumper—the Del Mar National Horse Show is a delight for horsemen, as well as a great spectator event. The 2007 show will run for extended weekends Thursday, April 19, through Sunday, May 6.

Divas Las Vegas, an all-out concert and celebrity dance party, is pleased to announce that tickets are now available for the event, which will be held on Friday, April 20, 2007. The festivies are scheduled to take place during the Rolex FEI World Cup Jumping and Dressage Finals in Las Vegas, NV, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, with doors opening at 9:30 p.m.
