Registration
Registration is now available for the 2012 USEF Annual Meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio. This event will take place January 11th - 14th
at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.

In order to register online you will need to create a My USEF account username and password (if you don't already have one).

Advanced Registration prior to December 23rd:

*REGISTRATION POLICY: Advanced registrations must be RECEIVED
prior to December 23rd to be eligible for the $75 rate. Any registration received AFTER
this date will be invoiced for the balance due if the amount is submitted incorrectly. Please note that registration
will close December 23rd and attendees must register on-site after that date. On-site registration will begin Tuesday,
January 10th at 1:00pm.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Requests for registration refunds should be received via email
(idehner@usef.org) or fax (859-231-6662) by December 23rd. After this date,
no refunds will be issued. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Dinner tickets
are non-refundable.
