If you have any questions or comments
regarding your points listed on the web site, please review the
Frequently Asked Questions. If you need further assistance, please
contact the appropriate Breed or Discipline.
FAQ: Why
don't I see my competition listed on the list of shows posted?
Answer: Per
the United States Equestrian Federation Rule Book, Article 1217.1 states, “Each
United States Equestrian Federation Recognized Competition must forward by mail with
proof of delivery, full results, postmarked within 10 calendar
days of the competition…” Once received by the Federation,
it can take an additional 4-6 weeks before the results are posted
into the Federation database.
FAQ: What
are "bad" points?
Answer: “Bad” points
are points earned that will not count towards United States Equestrian Federation year-end
awards. Points could be “bad” because the horse was
showing outside of its Home Zone/Region, the horse was not recorded
by the first day of the competition, or one of several other reasons
outlined in Article 902. If you think that there is a mistake with
your points, please click on one the links below to contact the
Breed or Discipline in which you compete.
FAQ: I have
been in several competitions throughout the year. Why is my
horse not listed on the web site?
Answer: Have
you checked to be certain that the show have been posted? Have
you checked to be certain that your horse or pony is actively recorded
with the Federation? Are both the owner and the rider active members
of the Federation? Do you have a measurement card as required by
some divisions?
If
the answer to all of these questions is yes, please select the Breed or
Discipline in which you compete and fill out all fields below for further assistance.
