The World Games 2010 Foundation announced the launch of its Hospitality Program, providing the first opportunity for individuals or businesses to purchase a unique way to experience the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.
All hospitality packages include premium event tickets and passes to the Main VIP Hospitality Pavilion, featuring live coverage of all 2010 Games events, entertainment, and all-inclusive fine dining and beverage in a 30,000 square foot venue. The Pavilion will also feature a state-of-the-art business center and conference rooms available by reservation.

A wide variety of hospitality packages are now available, each carefully crafted to accentuate the graces and grandeur of the 2010 Games. Daily passes, four- and eight-day packages, discipline-specific packages, private suites, and chalets are available. Custom packages can also be created to fit any guest’s specific needs.
In addition, the 2010 Games will offer the Champions Club as the pinnacle of hospitality experiences. Members of the Champions Club will enjoy a private table for eight in the Main Stadium or Driving Stadium, complete with superior food, spirits and butler service. Membership to the Champions Club is limited.
“We want to help our visitors relax and enjoy the splendor of the world’s most prestigious equestrian event,” said Hospitality Director Kimberley Bennett. “Our hospitality program provides an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere to enjoy the 2010 Games in a way that will impress our patrons and their guests.”
Hospitality patrons will also have first selection of preferred hotels, parking, and concierge services. The 2010 Games housing and transportation partners will assist hospitality patrons with travel arrangements and needs.
