Denver, CO - Attention Reining Young Riders! The Adequan© USEF Youth Reining National Championship will once again take place at the NRHA Futurity, in Oklahoma City on June 26th, 2010. Reining young athletes who wish to compete for the prestigious national title must have earned points in any of the qualifying shows held since May 18, 2009, and rank in the top-twenty in their respective age division (13 & Under, 14-18 or 19-21). Qualified, top-twenty riders then go on to compete in the one-go Championship.

In addition to the Adequan© USEF Youth Reining National Championship, the NRHA Derby will also once again host an FEI-level class to be used as a qualifying method for the SmartPak © FEI North American Young Rider Reining Championships to be held as part of the Adequan FEI North American Junior/Young Rider Championships this July in Lexington, KY.
This CRI-Y qualifying competition allows for young riders to go on to represent their team before a world audience at the NAYRC Reining. The most important international event of its kind for reining young riders, the NAYRC Reining is the most prestigious and coveted title in young rider international competition in the sport.
