Call (859) 258-2472 to join/renew via phone with a Membership Representative. Any membership applications completed via phone will incur an additional $20 charge. Exception: If you are completing the amateur certification portion of the application, the membership Department must receive a hard-copy of a USEF Membership Application with the amateur certification portion completed and signed.
