National Permission Questionnaire
US athletes who wish to compete in National level classes / competitions outside the USA must be a
US citizen, a current USEF member in good standing and have completed the National Permission Questionnaire.
To submit a National Permission Questionnaire
- Log into your MY USEF MY WAY account or create one.
- Select the blue box CLICK HERE FOR MY USEF MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT.
- Select the National Permission Questionnaire which is located in the section Athlete Services (Competing Outside the USA).
