Athlete Services (Competing outside the USA)

The majority of the forms and information listed below are for US citizens competing in foreign FEI (international level) competitions with the exceptions of the National Permission Questionnaire (for foreign national level competitions) and the Eventing Special Permission to Compete in US CCIs form.

Article 121.2 of the FEI General Regulations states:  "All competitors invited or nominated for an international event must be entered by their NF (National Federation)."   Therefore competitors wishing to compete in foreign competitions (including national level competitions with the exception of Canada) must contact Athlete Services.
