FEI Declaration of Eligibility
All US Riders and Horses entered in an FEI Endurance Competition must complete a
Declaration of Eligibility in order to be entered in the competition. These forms
can be completed online and emailed to the organizer, or printed and completed
before registration at the competition. Answers to questions regarding what
constitutes qualification can be found by reading the FEI Rules for Endurance and
Transitional procedures found on this web page, or by contacting Vonita Bowers
vbowers@usef.org.
FEI Endurance Log Sheet
The FEI now requires that all riders entering an FEI competition keep a Log Sheet.
Click on the link above, fill out the information at the top of the Form: Name of
Horse, Horse Passport Number and FEI Registration Number. Print out the form and
take it to your next competition. The Log Sheet allows the Veterinary staff to
track the performance record of the horse, and to determine that the horse has met
the mandatory rest periods required in FEI Endurance article 815.3 This log sheet
should be completed by the competition staff and taken by the rider from event to
event. The log sheet is required to enter an event. You will not be allowed to
enter without your current logsheet.
