USEF Developing Programs & NAJYRC include the following:
- USEF National Championships for Ponies, Juniors, Young Riders, & Young Adult "Brentina Cup"
- FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Dressage Championships (NAJYRC)
- USEF National Young Horse & Developing Horse Dressage Championships
Competitions must offer all required classes for each division - no exceptions. This
includes FEI Pony Team Test, FEI Pony Individual Test, FEI Junior Team Test, FEI Junior
Individual Test FEI Junior Freestyle Test, FEI Young Rider Team Test, FEI Young Rider
Individual Test, FEI Young Rider Freestyle Test, USEF Brentina Cup Test, USEF Four-Year-Old
Test, FEI Five-Year-Old Final Test, FEI Six-Year-Old Final Test, USEF Developing Prix
St. Georges Test, and USEF Developing Grand Prix Test.
For competitions dated January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013
All information requested on this form must be provided in order for application to
be considered. Applications will be reviewed by USDF Regional Directors, the USEF
Dressage Committee, and the USDF Executive Board. Competitions will be awarded
USEF/NAJYRC qualifying competition status based upon information provided by Technical
Delegate reports, competition and footing evaluations, first-hand experiences of
USDF/USEF representatives and officials, etc. Qualifying competitions may be
limited per region and/or dates.
REMINDER: A competition approved as a USEF/NAJYRC qualifier is considered a minimum
Level 3 competition. Unless the competition is a Level 4 or Level 5, the competition
and all associated officials and staff must fully comply with the requirements of a
Level 3 competition. Please refer to the USEF website for complete rules (DR126)
and the Dressage Competition Levels chart for complete rules and requirements.
Competitions held over the course of a weekend are considered one qualifying
opportunity, even if they have separate license/recognition numbers. Therefore,
please only fill out ONE application for the weekend dates (please do NOT fill
out a separate application for each separate day).

All information provided on this application must be complete and accurate
or application will not be considered and/or qualifying competition status
may be revoked by USEF/USDF. By submitting a signed application, Licensee
agrees that if granted USEF/NAJYRC qualifying competition status, said
competition will be conducted in compliance with any and all USEF/NAJYRC
program requirements as outlined by USEF and USDF. Failure to comply with
these requirements will subject Licensee to possible USEF violation
investigation, penalties, and/or immediate loss of qualifying status.
* A change to any field marked with an * requires immediate notification to USEF's
National Dressage Department and will require Dressage Committee approval. Any such
changes made without written permission from the USEF Dressage Committee will
immediately negate qualifying status.
