Rule Book : Summary of Proposed Rule Changes

The following list of proposed rule changes is updated on a daily basis. It is organized in rule number order. To view a complete rule change proposal, click on the appropriate Tracking number to obtain a pdf file. pdf files can be opened with adobe® Acrobat®. Deadline for members to submit proposed rule changes to be considered by the Board of Directors at the 2012 Annual Meeting is June 1st. Deadline for committees and affiliates to submit a proposed rule change is September 1st.  The current form for submission of rule changes is available as both a downloadable form and on-line form.

Any rule changes approved at Executive Committee or Board of Director meetings are published on  our web site.   The appropriate sections of the rule book will be updated on the effective date of new rules.

Current members of USEF are encouraged to comment on any of the rule change proposals by using the response form. All comments must be submitted by January 2, 2012. You will receive an automated reply indicating that your message has been received. All comments will be forwarded to the appropriate committee(s).
