Proof of Membership for Competition Purposes

USEF has added the ability to print out a proof of membership or horse recording card at any time from your My USEF Account. These printouts can be taken to a competition if you forget your USEF membership card or horse recording card.

Proof of Membership

In order to print your proof of membership:
1. Log in to your My USEF Account.
2. On the Member Forms menu, select 2009 Proof of Membership Card Reprint (Online Card). (The year will vary depending on the current competition year.)
3. Click Print.

Proof of Horse Recording

In order to print your proof of horse recording (this can be used only for horses recorded under your ownership with an active USEF Annual or Life Recording):
1. Log in to your My USEF Account.
2. On the Horse Options menu, select 2009 Horse Card Reprint.
3. You will receive cards for each of your active Annual or Life recorded horses.
4. Click Print.

Proof of Online Horse Recording 45 day Show Verification
In order to print your proof of horse recording (this can be used only for horses recorded online in the last 45 days) under your ownership.
1. Log in to your My USEF Account.
2. On the Horse Options men, select Horse Recording 45 day Show Verification 3. You will receive cards for horses which have recently been submitted online and do not have a Horse ID number yet. 4. Click Print.
